Agence Cruz helps you to organise your holiday with peace of mind

In the event of a government or prefectural decision in connection with the Covid-19 outbreak preventing the underwriter of the lease from going to the place of his lease, the contract will be cancelled and the sums paid will be refunded, except for the application fee of 30 euros.

For everyone’s security we have made simple, easy to follow rules.

Before your arrival :

• Contact us by telephone or by email if you have any questions
• You will receive the documents for your arrival by email.
• When possible, pay the balance, tourist tax and services by bank transfer, French cheque, by credit card over the phone or via our web site.

 Inside the agency :

• We prefer only 2 persons in the agency at the same time, therefore please send only one person to the agency for keys etc.
• Wearing the mask is required inside the agency.
• There is a disinfectant gel at your disposal just inside our front door
• Door handles, counters and credit card terminals will be disinfected regularly

Inside the property :

• Before your arrival the accommodation is fully disinfected using a special smoke bomb.
• When you arrive in the apartment, you can throw away the used bomb and close the cupboards and drawers.

On departure :

• Please respect the departure time and follow the instruction given to you on arrival.
• If you have rented bedding and towels, please put them into the bag which was given to you on arrival and bring it back to the agency.
• Please air the property as much as possible before leaving
• Please throw your bins, disposable mattress and pillow protectors into the special selection bins.
• Bring your keys back to the agency, either hand them in or drop them into the agencies letter box (bottom of the door)
• If you leave before 9am please leave your rented linen next to the agencies door.
