Superb 2-room apartment of 39m², for 2/4 people, on the 2nd floor with lift of a new and quiet residence (Perle de Savoie), located 1 minute from the center of Châtel, in the Roitet district.
The living room is composed of a kitchen area which is fully equipped.
Dining area, lounge with TV, double sofa bed 160x200. A bedroom with a double bed (160x200).
A shower room with WC.
Equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, duvets, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, electric blinds.
The balcony is equipped with a small table with 4 chairs with a view of the valley and its mountains
Private garage (be careful, the entrance is narrow).
